• Q: How do you accepts payments ?
• A: In the form of any credit or debit card, shopay, PayPal, and any other form of payment that updates within the future.

SHIPPING:

• Q: How long will it take for my item to get to me?
• A: Items in stock may take up to 7 days to be processed.
• A: Customized made to order items may take 7-21 days to be processed.

• Q: How much is shipping ?
• A: Shipping rates vary depending on product weight.

RETURNS/ REFUNDS

• Q: Can I return, exchange or recieve store credit ?
• A: All energy producing orders; made to order deposits are final unless refund is accepted before order gets started. In the event that you no longer wish to proceed with the remainder of payment to your made to order piece you still have a chance. But if energy has been given for whatever amount has been done ( 25% + ) then a refund will not be issued.  All merchandise can be exchanged with store credit. Please thouroughly check all items within your order before processing.
